The short version: we publish information about domain marketplaces. We are not a broker, escrow agent, or marketplace. We don't handle your transactions. Always verify pricing and commission terms with the marketplace itself before you commit.

By using selldomain.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What we are — and are not

SellDomain is an independent publisher of information about the domain aftermarket. We are not:

a domain registrar, broker, or escrow service;
a party to any transaction you enter into;
a provider of legal, tax, or investment advice.

All transactions occur directly between you and a third-party marketplace under that party's terms.

3. Information accuracy

We work to keep marketplace data current — commission rates, sale averages, venue comparisons and similar figures are verified against published sources at the time of writing, and the verification date is shown where relevant. However:

Marketplace terms, fees and programs change without notice.
Sale-price statistics are historical and do not predict any individual outcome.
We may make errors. Nothing here is a guarantee of any specific sale price or result.

Always confirm current terms on the marketplace's own site before acting.

4. No financial or professional advice

Domain investing carries financial risk. Valuations, payout estimates and calculator outputs are illustrative models, not appraisals or forecasts. We are not responsible for investment decisions you make. Consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

5. Affiliate relationships and disclosure
